Raw Milk… Yes or No?

I have been hearing a lot about raw milk recently and it has really caught my attention. So much so that I decided to try it. There is a lot of different opinions when it comes to raw milk. Raw milk is milk from goats, cows, sheep, or any other animal that has not been pasteurized to kill harmful bacteria. People are afraid of raw milk because of the illnesses that it can cause. Can it happen? Yes. Did it stop me from trying it? No.

Now, let’s get into all the benefits of raw milk. Raw milk is a complete natural food that contains vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and amino acids. People also use raw milk topically for skin related issues such as burns, cuts and acne. It is also a great moisturizer. It is basically a superfood and a great source of protein. It improves digestion, boosts immune health, and hydrates your body. It also naturally helps to balance hormones.

I have just recently started drinking raw milk and here are my takeaways:

  • The taste is much better than milk you would buy in a supermarket (it is much creamier and almost has a natural vanilla essence to it)

  • I feel more awake and energetic

  • I have been putting it in my coffee every morning and I feel like it keeps me fuller longer in the morning, because of all the nutrients

  • I have my coffee with raw milk after my workouts and I feel like it’s a great added source of protein after I work out.

  • My hair feels thicker and stronger.
